Airport Transportation
The OC will provide the transportation from/to Vaclav Havel Airport Prague (or railway station) for all teams, which have booked their accommodation through the Organising Committee. The travel time from Prague Airport to the regatta venue is approx. 1 hour.
Team departure details must be submitted to the Transportation Office at the venue at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure.

Accommodation - Regatta Venue Transportation
All teams must respect the booked transport times. There will be an OC Transport Coordinator at each official hotel who will assure the compliance with requested schedule.
Teams must fill in the transport request by 14:00 the day before at the venue.

Shuttle bus schedules:
Parking
There will be a designated parking for team cars, buses and boat trailers at the Regatta Venue. The number of parking places is limited, therefore teams will be encouraged to use shuttle bus for transportation to the Regatta Venue.

All filming and broadcasters (whether national or international) need to be approved by World Rowing. A media accreditation confirmation email was sent to media having
requested accreditation for this event. Accreditation can be collected on site upon arrival at the venue.
Media Centre
The Media Centre will be located close to the finish tower and the Mixed Zone. A Media Grandstand will also be available. In all media areas, media representatives will have fast, free WLAN connection
available (optional LAN for photographers).
The media centre will be open the following times:
Day before the start of the regatta – Usually from about 13:00hrs – 17:00hrs.
During the regatta – 1 hour before racing to 2-3 hours after the last race.
The usual facilities are available to the press in the media area:

- Drinks and light snacks throughout the day
